We build it. For SaaS, depending on complexity, our aim is under 12 weeks from the end of consulting.
Implement
It goes into your workflow, and we measure the same things again to show what changed.

02 · Define
Then we decide what to build.
Data intelligence, a chatbot, marketing automation or a SaaS platform: whichever fits the workflow, and only if it is worth building. We agree what success is measured by before anything is built.

How we measure
The result is measured, not estimated.
During consulting we record a baseline. After implementation we measure the same things again.
What we count
- Hours spent on the workflow
- Number of people involved
- Number of manual steps
- Processing time
- Error rate
- Number of requests, transactions or interactions
How we count it
- Hours are the ones your team reports, not hours we estimate.
- Any money figure is hours multiplied by a rate you state.
- No result goes on this website without your permission.
Questions
Before you ask
Does the first conversation cost anything?
No. A first conversation costs nothing, and you get a straight answer, including if the answer is that the workflow is not worth automating.
Do we have to know which technology we need?
No. That is what consulting is for. We look at the workflow first, then recommend data intelligence, a chatbot, marketing automation or a SaaS platform, whichever fits.
How long does a SaaS build take after consulting?
Our aim is under 12 weeks from the end of consulting. The exact timeline is set in the Define stage.
Do websites go through consulting too?
No. Website Development has its own, shorter process: one call, then a fully developed website in under six weeks.
