Registered with the ICO
Automyx Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, reference ZC177352. One registration covers everything the company does, including Orkestriq.
An agreement before any data arrives
Before any personal data reaches us, we sign a written data processing agreement with you. It sets out what we process and why, where it is held, which sub-processors are involved, and how any transfer between countries is covered. Nothing is processed before it is signed.
Sub-processors, named per project
Each project’s agreement lists the services involved in that project by name. This website itself runs on Vercel, sends enquiry emails through Resend, and uses Google Workspace for email.
People in more than one country
Much of our work involves people across several countries. Where it does, the agreement records which countries’ data-protection rules apply alongside UK GDPR, and the mechanism covering each transfer.
What we build, you own
The code is assigned to you on final payment. We keep our own background tooling.
