Event chatbots built for organisations across Africa
A WhatsApp assistant loaded with the event’s programme, venue and FAQs. It answered delegates directly, sent live updates to the list, and passed anything unusual to the team with the conversation attached.
Reach and engagement. No time saving was measured for this event.
A WhatsApp bot that registers every order with a timestamp and saves the conversation, and an application that tracks materials, stock and costs and prompts a reorder while the delivery window still allows one.
Result: order errors between Tayara and their clients fell to near zero, and management can see what production costs in one place.

The workflow: delegate lists rebuilt by hand, badges printed on the day, communications sent one at a time, and no reliable view of who had actually arrived.
What we built: a platform for events and operations, with registration, a personal portal for every delegate, QR check-in, badges, broadcast email and push, an event assistant, sponsors, and reporting for organisers. In English and French.
Where it is now: live and in production, with each client’s data kept separate from every other’s.
