1. Who we are
Automyx Ltd (“Automyx”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17274298) with its registered office at 3 Avantgarde Place, London, E1 6GU. We build AI chatbots, clean data pipelines and custom software for businesses internationally. For the personal data described in this policy, Automyx Ltd is the data controller.
We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Registration number: ZC177352.

2. When this policy applies
This policy covers data we handle as controller: people who visit automyx.io or send us an enquiry. The website has no accounts, no payments and no tracking, so this policy is short. You use the site to read about our services and to get in touch.
3. What we collect
Most of it comes from the enquiry form you fill in.

Please don’t include sensitive personal information such as health or ethnicity in the free-text field. We don’t need it to reply.
4. How we use it & our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and scope the work. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the site secure and working. Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) in preventing abuse and diagnosing faults.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations. Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) where a resulting engagement generates records we must keep.
Sending us an enquiry is not marketing consent. We will only add you to any marketing list with a clear, separate opt-in, and you can opt out at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, under written data-protection terms:
- Vercel: website hosting and content delivery.
- Resend: delivers your enquiry to us by email.
- Legal or regulatory authorities: where the law requires it.
- A successor: if the business is merged or acquired, subject to this policy.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers are based in, or may access data from, the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the UK. Where it is, we rely on an appropriate safeguard: the UK–US Data Bridge where the provider is certified under the Data Privacy Framework, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to: access a copy of your data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to how we use it (including any direct marketing); receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, email privacy@automyx.io. We respond within one month.
9. Cookies & local storage
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics tracking. The only thing stored on your device is the single functional item described above. Because that item is first-party and functional, no consent banner is required. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
10. Security
The site runs over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict Content-Security-Policy and a full set of security headers. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it, and the credentials our email provider uses are held server-side, never in the browser.
11. Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please contact privacy@automyx.io first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
12. Changes
