The information on this site is provided in good faith and for general information. It is not professional advice. Nothing on it, including any indication of scope, timelines or pricing, is a binding offer. Anything we commit to comes in a written proposal or contract.
5. Client engagements are governed separately
If you engage us, that work is governed by the separate agreement we sign with you, including its own terms on scope, price, intellectual-property ownership, data processing and liability. Those terms, not these website terms, govern the work itself.
