How we measure it
During consulting we count the hours spent on the process, the steps per case, the people involved, the processing time and the error rate. The same measures after implementation show what changed.

We applied the same process to a problem we knew first-hand: international conferences run on spreadsheets and email. The result is a platform for events and operations, with registration, a delegate portal, QR check-in, badges, messaging, sponsors and reporting.
